We have an excellent opportunity to join our Customer Information Team in Romford on a full time basis as a Customer Information controller.
The Role
As a Customer Information Controller, you will manage the provision of customer information during disruption for the Greater Anglia network, providing both customers and company staff with accurate and speedy information updates.
Duties will involve ensuring messages tell the story of the incident are sent out regularly. You will also be liaising with colleagues in the Anglia Integrated Control Centre, including Network Rail, other Train Operating Companies and the Social Media Team.
The successful candidate will work as part of a 7-day roster with a mix of Monday to Sunday early / late / night shifts.
What we are looking for
You will have a proven track record in working flexibly and under pressure. You need to be well organised and able to prioritize your workload. You must be able to demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service, have excellent written communication skills and a good standard of general education.
Due to the number of the different IT systems you will be working with, you must be IT-literate. Understanding the requirements of customer information during disruption is required.
