At GTR, we are embarking on a major People Change Programme, which comprises several different workstreams in the People arena, including changes to our target operating model, work on updating and modernising our people policies and enhancing learning and development.
This Project is a direct consequence of the work we have been doing to improve our culture and the content has been directly shaped by feedback from colleagues in the culture opinion poll, culture focus groups, ‘Your View' survey and the safety culture survey.

People Change Programme Management Office (PMO) Administrator (MG4)
- Duration: 12-month secondment with potential for extension

The role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Programme Management Office for this high-profile and multifaceted programme.
The PMO Administrator will carry out a range of activities including diary management, scheduling meetings and workshops, note taking, creating documents, and managing and maintaining electronic filing systems.
The person
The successful candidate is most likely to have business and administrative qualifications or relevant equivalent skills and experience.
Must be competent working with Microsoft O365 stack (including MS teams) and relevant project management and planning tools, including MS Project and MS Visio.
