As part of this opportunity joining our team as a Product Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing and delivering a comprehensive, time critical administrative service for all aspects of customer accounts whilst helping to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with

We are looking for people that have the ability to be the front line of support to our customers. We would particularly like to hear from people with experience or an interest in some or all of:

  • First point of contact for clients requiring administrative support for their account.

  • To assist with the logging, allocation and responses to all mailbox queries.

  • To process all incoming customer queries.

  • To log all customer calls and account amendments on the relevant CRM database, logging updates when required.

  • To take ownership of client queries through to resolution.

  • To exceed customer expectations through a quality driven, efficient service.

  • To support and liaise with internal departments including Finance, Support, Product Managers Account Management for all products, Sales and Provider Support.

What you will bring

We are seeking a candidate with 2+ years of experience in an Administrator (or similar) role, with demonstrated experience in a customer driven role. Ideally, you will come from a financial services or technology domain background. In addition to this, we are seeking an individual with a high level of integrity & honesty, a strong team player, excellent communication skills (written & verbal) as well as strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
