Merchant Services are seeking an experienced VP Product & Solutions Lead to join the EMEA Acquiring Product Team.

As an Acquiring Client Solutions Manager you will work with our European and Global clients to delight and excite them with our current and evolving payment solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand the client’s payments flows by attending presales meetings, reviewing Requests For Proposals (RFP) and demonstrating an understanding of the Ecommerce/ Point of Sale/Payments Industry

  • Participate in client on-boarding projects providing consultation on the implementation of solutions into client systems and focusing on deploying at pace to bring revenues on line quickly

  • Work closely with cross functional partners and clients to understand merchant / client needs, changes in industry landscape, and support new product initiatives that are meaningful for clients

  • Identify potential roadblocks and develop recommendations for delivery issues

  • Manage internal risk and compliance review processes to support launch and ensure a strong control environment

  • Partner with teams (Product, Design, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Sales...) to manage prioritization and resourcing

  • The role will involve some travel in the EMEA region

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience of providing technical expertise on Strong Customer Authentication Solutions to Merchants

  • Experience of implementing 3ds, Tokenisation and Fraud solutions with merchants Experience of eCommerce solutions as a merchant, payment gateway or an acquirer

  • Experience of converting new business to revenue generation in an external client facing environment

  • Experience working in evolving product environments

  • Experience of presenting to internal and external participants

  • Great communication skills – the ability to take a complicated message and deliver in a way that s clear to understand

  • A great collaborator, with experience of building strong relationships internally and with clients

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring leadership skills

Experience of developing and managing SCA/3DS, tokenisation, risk and authentication solutions
