Global Shares - Sales Associate
Global Shares, a J.P. Morgan company, is a leading cloud-based provider of share plan management software. It operates with an experienced team of more than 600 employees headquartered in Cork, Ireland and 16 further locations globally.
We are currently seeking a sales associate, to focus on Benelux and Nordic regions to join our Cork, Clonakilty, Barcelona or Leeds based offices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop contact database of potential clients, partners and key contacts. Work with our Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to build out pipeline and maintain all Client data within our CRM database
- Maintain sales leads tracking and forecasting within our CRM database
- Develop and maintain relationships within the wider Bank for referrals and potential business
- Developing leads both directly from prospective clients and indirectly by referral
- Evaluate inbound leads generated by Marketing and SDR activities.
- Draft and submit proposals/contracts, including pricing
- Present and demonstrate our systems to potential clients
- Complete and submit new client evaluation forms to initiate internal implementation processes
- Maintain contact with the new client to ensure all potential work opportunities have been identified and closed
- Raise the profile of Global Shares through attending and speaking at seminars and conferences
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
- Actively contribute to the enhancement and refinement of Global Shares marketing material.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
- Experience in Share Plan or similar industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills required
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Demonstrate the ability to get on board with new technologies quickly and with ease
- Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active
- Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills :
- Third level degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience preferred
- Swedish, Norwegian or Danish language skills are advantageous but not essential
