What You Can Expect
Our Asset Management business provides expert advice to clients who typically include financial advisors, institutions, retirement plans and individual investors. Our team manages a variety of investment strategies from fixed income and equity to real assets, helping build a leading global client franchise that delivers superior strategies and strong financial performance.
First-year Analysts in the Asset Management Analyst Programme participate in J.P. Morgan’s world-class training programme for four weeks in New York with colleagues from around the world. In addition to learning the basics of our business strategy and structure, you will hear from senior management, review finance and accounting principles, improve your technical skills, develop proficiency with our proprietary tools and participate in networking events.
About You
We're looking for adaptable team players with the initiative and insight to develop innovative risk solutions in partnership with our global clients and partners. Key skills include:
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong initiative, energy and confidence
- Background in financial accounting, financial analysis or mathematics a plus
- Genuine interest in financial markets, investing and macro-level economics
- Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information
- Graduation date between June 2023 - September 2024

This experience has shown to assist candidates with the recruitment process.
