Agility Lead - Vice President

As an Agility Coach, you will apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the agile principles and practices to support software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders daily to stay focused on common goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Expertise with Agile and Scrum Framework and its application in Product Development and delivery organization. Support the running and maturing of agile practice
- Coach delivery teams to align with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
- Coach organization to conduct continuous improvement events activities to reduce waste and increase productivity and coach teams to utilize data-focused methodologies to make decisions and guide teams
- Coach product owners in creation and maintenance of the product backlog, including empirical planning
- Manage and influence stakeholders using great communication, facilitation and presentation skills while communicating organizational impediments to leadership; teach team to remove impediments
- Organize and manage communications with stakeholders and senior leaders on project execution and delivery. Develop and provide ongoing project status, summaries, scorecards
- Bring ideas from professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, mediation and so on to help the team become a high-performance team
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Agile Expertise: Understanding of major agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum @ Scale) and relevant experience in at least 1 framework.
- Coaching Skills: Ability to guide teams and individuals through the adoption of agile practices, facilitate learning, and help them identify and overcome challenges.
- Facilitation Abilities: Effective facilitation skills to lead workshops, meetings and retrospectives.
- Communication Skills:Clear and concise communication for explaining complex concepts, providing feedback and building rapport with the team, stakeholders and leadership.
- Leadership Development: Coaching leaders and managers to adopt agile mindsets and leadership styles
- Data Insights: Ability to use data to identify areas for improvement and track progress
- Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Adept at helping teams address conflicts and solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Knowledge of Intelligent Automation Tooling extremely beneficial (i.e., Tableau, Alteryx, Python, UiPath, Pega, Signavio, etc.)
- Certified Agile Coach or similar certifications
- Able to challenge preconceived ideas in order to bring out the best results in our people
- Good skills and knowledge of lean, servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
