As a Senior Product Associate in Corporate and Investment banking for Research Technology function, you will contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities
  • Deliver effective software solutions for the CIB Research organization
  • Work within an agile team and collaborate effectively with others
  • Negotiate with other Product Owners, Product Managers and Stakeholders to define timelines for delivery
  • Work closely with senior business stakeholders to define product strategy
  • Define requirements and work within the engineering team to plan and estimate
  • Be accountable for the delivery and quality of technology solutions
  • Foster team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proven Experience as a Product Owner
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentations skills targeting various stakeholders and senior management
  • Experience coaching teams through agile practices and new ways of working
  • Proven experience and understanding of the software delivery life cycle
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • A driving mindset and positive attitude in the face of many challenging deliveries
  • Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships across lines of business to achieve goals
  • Proven ability to achieve quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment requiring flexibility / adaptability to changeable directives
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Recognized Agile or Scrum certifications
  • Experience with content creation and management systems
  • An understanding of Investment Banking Research
  • General understanding of technology and engineering processes
