As a Control Framework Architect in Cyber and Technology Controls you will lead delivery of control ownership frameworks that enable the creation of secure technology by our internal customers firm wide.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support/Own the definition and maintenance of the Control Enablement Journey supporting the creation of secure technology by our customers
  • This role assesses risks and friction in control creation and drive actions for remediation activities
  • Document user journeys and operationalize new processes
  • Passionate focus on customer feedback to drive process refinement and improved execution
  • Collaboration with stakeholders across our risk and control framework to meet customer outcomes
  • Identify and aggregate thematic risks and trends across the framework and lead remediation
  • Establishes and oversees adherence to policies and standards impacting technology and cyber risks
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate oversight and effectiveness of the Control Enablement Journey
  • Maintain an understanding of Cyber, Product and Line of Business strategies, product roadmaps and key investment programs
  • Apply working experience in multiple security or risk management domains (e.g., application security, vulnerability management, data protection, encryption, logging and monitoring, network security)
  • Establish and refine a measurement framework to ensure process outcomes are continuously met

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience in banking and financial services with product/engineering/architecting teams
  • Excellent understanding of risk and control framework in financial services
  • Excellent experience in evaluating risk & technology/cyber controls
  • Excellent experience in customer led process refinement
  • Strong experience in various Technology and Cyber domains, for e.g., Architecture, Vulnerability Management, Cloud, etc.
  • Strong delivery ethic a with experience leading large programs
  • Previous direct experience in control ownership, operation and reporting
  • Relevant industry certifications are preferable
