Technology Operations Associate

Job responsibilities

  • Resolve issues with Jira and Confluence workflows and permissions
  • Respond to user queries and tickets
  • Process joiners, movers and leavers on a cloud based IDP
  • Update user-facing documentation on IT processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a first-line user-facing IT role
  • Knowledge of Atlassian / Jira / Confluence Cloud workflows
  • Knowledge of macOS in enterprise environments and SaaS productivity and developer tools

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working in a fintech environment
  • Jamf 200 qualification
