As a Legal Entity Controller within the Legal Entity Controllers team, you will have the opportunity to launch your career in financial reporting, ensuring financial integrity across all UK Legal Entities. You will perform monthly reviews of financial balances, develop an understanding of the business and flows, and work on assisting with annual financial audits. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop and foster good working relationships with other departments in the bank and to prepare various management reports. Your excellent communication and organisational skills, strong analytical ability, and control focus will be key to your success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing monthly reviews of financial balances with business analysis and commentary for senior management.
• Develop an understanding of the business and flows.
• Finalising standalone US regulatory reporting to the Federal Reserve Bank.
• Develop and foster good working relationships with other departments in the bank including Product Control, Financial Control, Corporate Financial Reporting, Tax and UK Regulatory Reporting.
• Prepare various management reports including monthly MIS reports, Capital Committee papers, quarterly Executive Management Report.
• Work on assisting with annual financial audits.
