We are hiring a Strategy Senior Associate supporting the Head of Strategic and Operational Excellence for Global Talent and Experience organization in Human Resources.
As a Strategy Senior Associate in the Strategic and Operational Excellence team, you will regularly interact with key stakeholders, work across the business, and demonstrate the ability to work under tight timelines, digest large amounts of data, and oversee special projects. You will be outcome-focused and foster a collaborative team environment. Your role will be dynamic, varying according to the priorities of different stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Support in the development and oversight of the execution of long-term strategic plans for Talent & Employee Experience (EX) that align with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
- Support leaders in the implementation and execution of strategic visions to drive value realization.
- Partner across the team to plan and create content for strategic planning sessions with senior leadership that define and refine the organization's strategic direction.
- Prepare presentations and detailed reports for senior leadership to support strategic planning efforts.
- Drive structure and organization to enable holistic oversight of the portfolio of strategic initiatives that align with the overall Talent & EX strategy and broader HR objectives.
- Develop and track OKRs to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Encourage partnerships with enabling teams and integrate their capabilities, such as Data and AI, to accelerate strategic agendas.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and ensure the organization remains competitive.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably within HR, Talent or EX functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.
- Experience in managing strategic initiatives and developing performance metrics such as OKRs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships.
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape in the HR and Talent & EX space.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Ability to forge good internal relationships across a broad range of functions.
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence.
- Desired experience working with key cross-functional groups in a complex line of business, implementing complex and new procedures, processes, and systems.
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks, emerging technologies in HR, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
