Purpose of the role
In close collaboration with the Director and Manager of TPW, this role will work on data and analytics, development of reporting & KPIs and project planning to support the management and optimization of Third-Party Workforce.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
Support the Director and Manager of TPW in developing and maintaining reporting and KPI regime for TPW management by:
Data Analytics
- Manage, Maintain and develop KPI framework for TPW programme.
- Manager and develop KPI regime that meets and is focused on PMI commercial outcomes.
- Design and modify KPI 's to meet business objectives and that work/relevant for/to PMI.
CoE Communications & Reporting
- Manager the provision, collection and analysis of financial performance data of TPW programme.
- Manage Set up and maintain the collection of financial data.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to senior stakeholders on the financial performance of the programme.
- Manage a wide variety of stakeholders to collect relevant financial information.
Project Management & Planning
- Manager TPW CoE projects and administrative support with CoE tools.
- Manage and ensure the delivery of TPW projects to quality, time and cost.
- Manage a wide range of stakeholders including Senior Stakeholders (Directors and VPs), IT, Procurement and P&C to deliver successful projects.
Research & External Insights
- Conduction research and provide external market insights and data analytics.
- Research the external market for best practice and relevant data.
- Analyze the data and best practice to produce reports and insights relevant for PMI TPW programme.
- Present insights and analysis to senior and relevant stakeholders.
Who we’re looking for:
- Understanding of tools, techniques, strategies and global legal frameworks for contractors, consultants and outsourced workers.
- Experience in Procurement or Talent Acquisition, having specialized in Third Party Management is desirable but not essential.
- Articulate and dynamic communicator (Verbally and written), with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Advance Excel knowledge, with a passion for data analytics and strong analytical skills.
