As a Personal Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations to members of the Leadership Team.

This role includes proactive diary and inbox management, organising key events, administering essential information both internally and externally, multi-tasking and gatekeeping your Executive's time to support their goals.
As Personal Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
- Previous PA experience
- Managing the inboxes for the Head of Multinational, IT Director and Group Financial Controller: overseeing incoming emails, manage meeting requests, prepare correspondence, flagging actions and filing
- Managing the diary for the Head of Multinational, IT Director and Group Financial Controller: gatekeeper and timekeeper, booking all meeting requests, managing their schedule, understanding their priorities and prepare agenda and meeting briefs
- Providing holiday cover for the PA team and Multinational team including diary and inbox support
- Supporting and collaborate with the PA team with upcoming projects and events
- Organising quarterly team nights out for the PA team and Exec's team being creative in venue finding
- Organising the annual Multinational Kick Off including travel arrangements for our multinational offices, manage the meeting schedule, venue finding and coordination with the UK offices
