Become a vital member of our IT Operations department by joining us as an IT Asset Management Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective lifecycle management and coordination of IT hardware assets within the organisation, with an initial focus on end-user devices, particularly laptops and peripherals. As our employee base continues to grow, so does the number of IT hardware assets we manage, making this position crucial to our operations

As IT Asset Management Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assist with purchasing of IT hardware
  • Coordinate deliveries from suppliers and manage internal distribution to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of IT assets
  • Work with the wider IT Operations teams to maintain an accurate inventory of IT hardware assets, ensuring all assets are properly tracked and recorded
  • Manage local inventory across multiple sites, ensuring secure and organised storage
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks

  • Experience using Microsoft Office and ITSM applications
