This is delivered by Softcat's Vendor Customer Success Managers, who are a part of our wider Customer Experience Team. By becoming a member of the Customer Success team, you will be part of a group who are motivated to provide customers with the best experience by supporting them through their agreement lifecycles as well as ensuring that they are maximising their cloud investments.

Help build relationships

As a Microsoft Customer Success Manager, you will be given the opportunity to represent Softcat's biggest partner by building excellent relationships with our SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. You will possess high levels of Microsoft program, product and agreement knowledge as well as Softcat services knowledge. The successful candidate will be key in developing awareness and knowledge on the importance of driving adoption and supporting our customers throughout their entire customer journey.

As Microsoft Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engage with Customers to identify business requirements and define a Customer Success Plan based on Software investments to achieve a business outcome
  • Inform and support customer transformation projects with software adoption services
  • Introduce and onboard customers into Vendor programs/adoption/ agreement portals
  • Proactively look for expansion opportunities that will help the customer achieve their desired business outcome
  • Proactively seek & drive efficiencies within Softcat's Customer Experience processes
