Softcat's Learning and Development team sits within a wider HR department consisting of HR Services, HR Business Partners, Reward, Recruitment, Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Engagement. The purpose of the L&D team is to enable Softcat's success through learning by inspiring a culture of curiosity, growth, and continuous development. Become a pivotal part of the L&D team

As a Learning & Development Coordinator you'll be a key member of our Learning & Development team, providing administrative and coordination support for the team across our sales programmes.

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and scheduling programs, workshops, and courses across all theSoftcat offices
  • Providing administrative support, including diary management and managing our offering on L&D systems
  • Handling communication by managing the L&D mailbox and internal/external facilitator contacts
  • Tracking and reporting training attendance, collating feedback, and generating L&D reports
  • Supporting in-person training sessions and managing related logistics and expenses.

We'd love you to have

  • Demonstrative experience in administrative roles with strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other applications, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse groups
  • Motivated learner with interest in Learning & Development and HR
  • Experience in scheduling and diary coordination would be beneficial
