Project Coordinator
About the Role
Base Location: Aberdeen
Salary: £35,142 - £40,246 + company car + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
As a project coordinator your duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage the co-ordination of projects within the desired timescales, costs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Responsible to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist Project Managers with completion of all required reporting functions associated to the works including finances, regulatory reporting, project specifics and communication with the customers.
- Providing support to both our customers and delivery partners to ensure the projects proceed efficiently.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Basic technical knowledge of the distribution network.
- Previous experience working in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential.
- A 'can-do' attitude and excellent team working skills are essential.
- A solid background in customer service.
- A high appreciation for safety in everything you do, and work with your team to promote a strong safety culture
- Proficient in common office programmes such as word processors, spreadsheets, data entry etc.
