Base Location: Belfast (this role has a hybrid working pattern)
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: 18-month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available
What is the Role?
Our Operations Trainer will be a key operational requirement within SSE Airtricity. In this role you will:
- Produce high quality learning resources to cater to all learning needs.
- Be responsible for managing reporting needs.
- Conduct learning needs analysis with key operational stakeholders
- Create robust assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and critically analyse the outcomes.
- Act as an SSE ambassador and lead by example by supporting, contributing and driving towards the department objectives and goals.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Knowledge of the Northern Ireland retail energy markets and an understanding of the requirements associated with working in a regulated utility industry.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering effective and engaging training sessions.
- Strong coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
