Base Location: Southampton or New Forest

Salary: £41,583 - £48,296 + car / cash allowance + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

We are seeking a Field Project Manager to join our dynamic team at SSEN Minor Connections!

This role involves delivering new connections for 1-4 properties and relocating our equipment within customer properties. As a Field Project Manager, you will oversee the entire customer journey from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at every level.

Roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Managing the customer journey from start to finish including; booking the work, ensuring the customer understands all elements of the job and is ready for the work to be completed.

- Creating construction packs for minor connection projects within key deadlines, ensuring accuracy of information so the jobs are completed right first time.

- Supporting both our customers and delivery partners to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

- Driving performance and improvements to the customer service we provide helping us achieve maximum incentive rewards for Time to Connect (TTC) and Broad Measure (customer satisfaction) scores.

- Continual / overall finance review.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Good business and technical knowledge of the electricity distribution LV network.

- Electrical knowledge / qualifications.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Awareness of street works and permitting and ideally hold NSWRA accreditation.

- I.T. literate being comfortable with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Office.

Regular travel is required and as a result we can only accept applications from candidates that hold a current driving licence.
