About the Role

Base Location: Reading, Cardiff or Perth – this is a hybrid role working a minimum of two days a week from the office at one of the advertised locations.

Salary: £41,583 - £48,296 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

What is the Role?

As a Sales Support Team Manager you will be part of a management team responsible for co-ordinating, motivating, encouraging and empowering your team to contribute to Business Energy’s overall success. Your role will include:

- Coaching and mentoring your team, delivering regular team meetings and one to ones.

- Managing performance, SLA's, resource and time management.

- Building relationships with all stakeholders and ensure your team deliver industry leading customer service.

- Monitor work volumes, identify trends and apply available resource to appropriate business activities based on their level of priority.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Previous experience within a Managerial role within a Sales or Customer Service environment.

- Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach, good organisational skills and focus on attention to detail ensuring.

- Interpersonal and communication skills, with experience of leading, inspiring and developing your team.

- Good organisation skills, high professional standards and accuracy.

- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, Word and Excel are required.
