What is the Role?
As an O&M Engineering graduate joining SSE within our Thermal business you will be at the forefront of building a better world of flexible thermal energy for future generations. Graduates will follow a specialist pathway where they will work with experts in their specialism, gaining exposure across the Thermal business for the duration of their 2 year graduate programme. Graduates based will begin their programme based at one of our operational sites and will expect to gain an operational role upon successful completion of the graduate programme.

We have 2 roles available, requiring the following degree disciplines. You’ll have a minimum of a 2:2 degree by September, 2025.
O&M Petroleum - petroleum degree discipline required
O&M Mechanical - mechanical engineering degree required
