About the Role

Base Location: Havant

Salary: £33,063 - £38,404 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

As Property & FM Budget Co-ordinator, you will support the P&FM Budget Performance Manager to ensure all budget reporting activity across Group Property and FM is carried out in an efficient and accurate manner. This will include preparation and analysis of information contained with specific systems (predominantly harmony and ibuy), to fully understand budget commitments, identification of budget overspends/underspends and to ensure budget spend profiles are accurately defined. The role requires to understand the budget position across several FM managed sites, along with a variety of other property related spend (rents/rates/service charge) and a range of capital expenditure projects.

As information prepared as part of the role is used to inform future forecasting and budget requirements, it is imperative that the postholder can scrutinise and analytically review all budget information.

This involves being able to identify and understand budget variances, underlying trends and capture new budget requests, with this information forming an important milestone in the budget build proposal.

This is a diverse role and requires the postholder to utilise their data capture, auditing and investigation, communication and influencing skills to ensure an accurate revenue budget is maintained.
