We’re looking for someone with the knowledge and experience of building operational training and coaching strategies with a focus on continuous improvement and an ability to ensure quality and insights are kept at the forefront of all strategies implemented.
Here's the key skills and experience we're looking for:
You've coached and or managed customer facing teams
Experience in designing and delivering coaching programmes
Experience in creating strategies based on business priorities
A successful track record of driving CSAT, and operational improvements in a call centre environment.
Problem solver who can diagnose the root cause of a problem, propose a solution, win buy-in and see through the implementation of an appropriate remedy
Curiosity in all things and knowing how to get the information you need.
Driving, inspiring, positive, high-energy, results-oriented culture in your team
The ability to use storytelling as a method of presenting and proposing.
Able to analyse various sources of data to evaluate the effectiveness commercially

You'll work in the Operations Performance and Assurance (OP&A) team to support our operations people priorities.You'll manage a team of Trainers and Coaches and work collaboratively with the operational teams, partners, people, technology and more.
