  • Multi-Channel Execution Pro: You possess a proven track record of creating and delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, letters, outbound calls, and social media. You're passionate about driving customer engagement and loyalty with impactful marketing initiatives, and you thrive in seeing campaigns through to successful completion.
  • Email Campaign Experience: You have a good understanding of email best practices and can deliver high-performing email campaigns that drive results. Previous experience with email marketing platforms like Knak or similar tools is a huge advantage.
  • Eager to Learn & Grow: You're a curious learner with a passion for marketing and a drive to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Creative Collaborator: You thrive in a team setting, bringing fresh ideas to the table and working effectively with colleagues across departments.
  • A Content Crafter: You have a knack for creating engaging written and visual content, with an eye for detail and a focus on brand consistency.
  • Data-Savvy & Analytical: You're comfortable working with data, and you're keen to understand how your efforts contribute to the bigger marketing picture.

This exciting role offers a chance to dive headfirst into the world of Partner marketing. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the team to execute marketing campaigns across various channels to drive Partner engagement and growth.

We deliver progress. What you’ll do and how you will make an impact.

  • Campaign Execution: Execute engaging and effectively targeted Partner marketing campaigns brilliantly across various digital channels, always ensuring a clear call to action, robust planning, timely and best in class delivery and actionable evaluation.
  • Email Execution: Develop and execute high-performing email campaigns in Knak, crafting compelling subject lines, engaging content, and clear calls to action.
  • Support Go-to-Market Plans: Assist in developing marketing plans to drive Partner engagement and activity.
  • Report & Optimise: Report on campaign performance and support with analysing campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous improvement across digital channels.
  • Process Improvement: Become an Asana expert, ensuring marketing operations processes are followed. Advocate for continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline Partner marketing processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with Partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner champion: Building a good understanding of our Partners and what’s happening in their lives, advocating for their needs and perspectives to ensure they feel heard and valued.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Proactively research and stay updated on the latest marketing and industry trends, understanding how these advancements can be integrated into UW's Partner Marketing strategy.
