We put people first. It’s all about you...

We are looking for an Outsource Performance Manager to join the Outsourced partnership team at UW.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional results and building strong partnerships? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to ensure seamless adherence to contractual requirements and optimise the performance of our outsourcing partners. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to drive performance against key contractual metrics, ensuring maximum return on investment while prioritising quality outcomes for our customers.

If you have a proven track record in managing outsourced relationships and performance, along with strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. Join us and play a pivotal role in fostering successful, collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders. Let's achieve great results together!

We work together. Your team and the people you will work with…

You’ll be working within our Outsourcing and Partnerships team to manage and navigate our outsourced relationships. The role will also work closely with our Operations, IT, Technology and People teams to ensure the smooth running of these relationships.

We deliver progress. What you’ll do and how you will make an impact...

As a key player reporting directly to the Head of Outsourcing & Partnerships, you will work closely with up to two outsourced partners to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality services. You’ll be accountable for managing resources, maintaining service excellence, and driving performance recovery plans when needed to achieve critical KPIs. Acting as the primary liaison, you’ll field partner requests, collaborate with internal teams, and oversee the successful onboarding of new outsourcing partnerships. In addition, you’ll review invoices and support data, ensuring accurate payment processes while identifying opportunities to enhance reporting and service delivery.

Your role will require strong relationship-building skills as you engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency. You’ll attend performance calls, provide actionable feedback, and develop compelling business insights that inspire action through clear, visually engaging storytelling. With opportunities for domestic and international travel, you’ll not only represent the company but also drive meaningful change, ensuring our outsource partners meet and exceed expectations.

So why pick UW?

We’ve got big ambitions so there’s going to be plenty of challenges. There are also a lot of benefits:

  • An industry benchmarked salary. We’ll share it during your first conversation.

  • Share Options and a Save as You Earn scheme.

  • Hybrid working, with 2 days in the office. (We’re definitely open to discussing flexible working arrangements)

  • Discount on our services and you get our coveted Cashback Card for free.

  • A matched contribution pension scheme and life assurance up to 4x your salary.

  • Family-friendly policies, designed to help you and your family thrive.
