Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 - 35 hours per week
Full time, permanent role
Salary: £21,840 per annum rising to £22,500.00 once probationary period has been completed
Location: 120 Dartmouth, Middleway, Birmingham, B7 4AJ
Job Purpose
To accurately process incoming and outgoing coin consignments on to the system, adhering to the set customer deadlines and requirements, in a cost-effective manner. Complying with all company procedures and policies, ensuring that Vaultex incur no loss, and the customer is correctly credited for the coin deposited.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan to ensure work is processed accurately and within deadlines.
- Ensure all systems and spreadsheets within role responsibility are completed timely and accurately (ISA, Workbook, Counter 3, order batching & data prep).
- Customer queries & unknown customers escalated.
- Identification of coin discrepancies and appropriate reporting to Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Other daily duties as delegated by Leadership team.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, adhering to the secure waste procedures and Health and Safety standards.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed for the Job
- Ability to meet individual targets/deadlines;
- Able to work in a fast paced environment;
- Health and safety awareness;
- Attention to detail;
- Good numeracy skills and numeric keyboard skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
- Excellent time keeping and attendance;
