 No decision about you should be made without you. That’s why an important part of the work we do with employers is communicating the genuine wants and needs of women from all walks of life — and we need your help. This month, we’re asking you to share your voice about employee voice…

Why this matters for women, the workplace, and more

Employee voice refers to the opinions of individuals working for an organization. It’s by raising these voices — especially those within marginalized groups who are so often unjustly silenced — that employers are able to learn, grow, and create workplaces where all women can thrive.
