Joining us as a Principal Business Analyst

As a Principal Business Analyst at CityFibre, you will play a crucial role in understanding the goals and objectives of our business units and mobilising the business analysis capability to deliver projects that meet these goals. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the digital landscape and enabling a connected future. Your expertise will help shape strategic initiatives and drive impactful change across the organisation.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Define the overall business analysis capacity needed to deliver business goals
  • Influence project scope and analysis to ensure alignment with organisational strategic goals and successful downstream analysis
  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, and manage stakeholder interactions to ensure solutions align with business strategy
  • Collaborate with process owners, IT development, and Project Managers to enhance systems and processes, ensuring high-quality and accurate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

What you’ll bring to the role

A strategic thinker with a passion for business analysis and a track record of leading successful projects. You will have excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management. You’ll also have:

  • Advanced International Business Analysis Diploma (BCS) or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Experience in project management
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and disciplines
  • Familiarity with process mapping and Jira
  • Have a proven record of building strong and effective working relationships
