FM Conway is seeking a Traffic Management Night Supervisor to join our Traffic Management division. In this role, you will lead the team, oversee the mobilisation of site operations and conduct site assessments to ensure safety and high standards are maintained. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Heathrow depot, working night shifts.

The duties of the Traffic Management Supervisor role will include:

- Supporting with the mobilisation of crews and TM operations

-Carrying out on site assessments as required

- Reviewing site set ups via online works management system to confirm sites in accordance with Chapter 8 TSM and Safety at Street Works and Road Works – A Code of Practice

-Working closely with management and crews

-Ensuring that sites are safe and carrying out on site assessments

-Taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency, particularly ensuring the appropriate people are notified

What skills and experience do you need?

To be considered for this role you will have knowledge of traffic management operations, hold a valid CSCS card, Streetworks ticket and Lantra qualification. You must also be able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings and be aware and comply with the provided RAMS. You will be reliable, able to work well under pressure and lead by example when working as a team.
