As International Private Bank (IPB) Product Coach and IPB Lead you will have two primary responsibilities- Senior Product Coach and IPB Transformation Lead:

In the role of Senior Product Coach (Agility Lead) you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to train and support skill uplift and maturity of the product operating model. You will have change management, agile coaching, and mentoring expertise across discovery, planning and agile/scrum delivery best practices. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for establishing and nurturing a culture of diverse thought, continuous improvement through innovation, and quality delivery.

In addition, in the role IPB Transformation Lead you will be responsible for driving a strategic transformation agenda across IPB to create a product-first, client-centric culture with solid product management skills. Responsibilities include influencing organizational structures, leadership training and coaching, scaled governance and maintaining local communities of practice.

Job Responsibilities

  • Mentor and influence leaders on benefits of adopting the product operating model and partner to support their team’s continuous improvement opportunities
  • Create and teach lean product, design thinking and scrum training/workshop programs to help new product teams quickly achieve productivity
  • Ensure product teams maintain a razor-sharp focus on the overall customer experience
  • Mentor and guide Product Owners / Product Management teams on Discovery and backlog management best practices
  • Review, analyse and design organizational alignment and team structures to determine the best organizational design to lead a product centric organization
  • Ensure teams are focused on successful delivery and continuous improvement of their engineering practices
  • Have a passion for coaching people and helping them reach their full potential

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or other Agile role (e.g. Product Owner, Tech Lead) with at least one year of large scale, multiple team effort
  • Experience in organizational change and transformations in large organizations
  • Expertise in continuous improvement of structure, processes, and tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value
  • Expertise in product backlog management and refinement techniques
  • Understanding of software design and automation (DevOps) patterns
  • Knowledge of Test Automation, Pair Programming, and Test-Driven Development
