Purpose of the Job: Collaborate with business teams, understand their needs, define requirements, propose optimal solutions, and drive change. Plan and execute assigned projects, utilizing and adhering to Project Management best practices to ensure successful completion and foster reuse of existing solutions. Ensure stakeholder management with ongoing communication to review project requests, assess project scope, facilitate project prioritization, solidify project requirements, manage resources, provide status updates, and plan, schedule, and coordinate project tasks and deliverables. Interact regularly with global IT teams to deliver valuable solutions aligned with PMI IT strategies.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Drive strong business alignment: Collaborate with local/global business and IT functions to ensure smooth delivery of B2C and B2B business initiatives/projects.
  2. Project management: Drive projects within agreed scope, budget, resources, and timing. Identify future service owner, define service delivery model, and transition to service provider (when needed). Participate in technical testing phases to ensure developed features correspond to specified needs. Provide support to Business during User Validation Tests sessions.
  3. Methodology application: Apply project management, change management, service management methodology, and good practices assuring alignment to ITPF (IT Policy Framework), IT Cybersecurity, and Data management standards.
  4. Problem-solving: Solve specific business problems by executing experiments, MVPs, projects, using methodologies like Fast-Forward, Agile, SCRUM, Design Thinking.
  5. Documentation and training: Ensure appropriate system documentation and training programs/materials are in place.
  6. Project delivery: Review project requests, deliver projects, and provide timely status updates. Manage assigned projects, anticipate and mobilize cross-functional resources when required (procurement, legal, technology, finance, 3rd party suppliers, and consultants).
  7. Quality assurance: Ensure projects and solutions quality, analyze and mitigate risk, lead scope change, impact assessment, financial analysis, test planning and execution, contingency and deployment plans.
  8. Communication and coordination: Drive communication and coordination for the success of the projects and submit/present project status reports and other project information to project stakeholders on a regular basis.

Skills and Competencies:

Education:

  • University degree in Computer Sciences / Engineering Information Technology

Work Experience:

  • More than 7 years of business/IT experience
  • Experience in Service delivery within multinational companies
  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • Agile Project Management certified

Other Skills/Function Specifics:

  • Strong understanding of business goals and experience in analyzing business requirements
  • Ability to effectively organize, manage, and coordinate multiple initiatives
