The Microsoft Operations Team is part of the newly established Vendor and Cloud Alliance structure. Our team provides operational support to both Corporate and Public Sector customers, assisting them and account managers throughout the entire lifecycle of a Microsoft agreement. Provide the support with the full customer lifecycle

As a Microsoft Operations Specialist, you will be an essential part of the Microsoft Team, assisting with daily tasks from day-to-day management of the inbox to customer queries and sales support. This is a unique opportunity to learn several different skills and experience working across an entire customer lifecycle.

As a Microsoft Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the Microsoft Operations team inbox and handling agreement management for key programs
  • Liaising with Microsoft Account Managers, Operations, Licensing Teams, and Softcat departments
  • Validating Microsoft agreements and ensuring timely order placement
  • Aiding customers with licensing, agreement setup, and Microsoft portal issues
  • Advising on Microsoft Operations queries and facilitating CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) queries
  • Communicating operational changes, managing vendor price lists, and conducting team training

We'd love you to have

  • Willingness to learn with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Approachable, reliable, and able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Experienced in working independently and as part of a team with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with managing and prioritising own work, organised, and resourceful
  • Capable of providing high levels of customer service and working quickly and efficiently
  • An interest & passion in technology would an advantageous
