We are thrilled to announce that we have recently finalised our capital raise and are undergoing a global expansion with the UK soft launch first up on April 19th, 2018.

As part of our evolution, we have completed a great deal of research among candidates, clients and partners. Thank you to everyone who were part of our focus groups! As a result, we are rebranding DCC Jobs to WORK180 to better reflect our mission:

“To become the #1 job platform globally for women by 2022 along with setting the standards for what a good workplace looks like.”

Some background into the story behind our new name and logo;

WORK180 consists of two equally important words;

  • “Work” to help signify what we are all about and
  •  “180” explains how we flipped the traditional job platform model on its head, by shifting the power to the women job seekers by assessing employers
  • The bold pink is our reference to the current DCC brand, and we find it empowering!
  • The “180” circle works as a seal of approval for endorsed businesses- these organizations would be approved as an equal opportunities employer and provided with a certificate bearing the 180 stamp.
**The new branding will take effect on 17 **April 2018.

 We are also currently hiring software developers in Australia and a Community Engagement Manager in UK- click here– if you are interested in joining us!

For any questions regarding the re-brand, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us on [hello@work180.co ](mailto:hello@work180.co ?subject=Enquiry)

Thank you from myself, Gemma and our team for all your wonderful support for our mission!
