Sarah loves to solve the most valuable problems by creating products that customers need and also work for the business. She has been in retail for the last 20 years which has provided her a wide breadth of experience and knowledge on the end to end customer experience. She focuses on objectives and key results, building awesome teams and creating open and transparent ways of working. Wrapped up in all of this is her passion for data, how it is mastered and used to tell the story of what and why. Those who know Sarah would say she is enthusiastic, collaborative, empathetic and results driven. She also has the ability to speedily recover from adhoc bouts of imposter syndrome.

Eesha is working as a Delivery Manager in Target Merchandise technology team. She has moved to Australia a couple of years back and comes with a wealth of experience across countries, business domains and technologies. Being an immigrant women moving into leadership position, she has the first hand experience of some of the challenges women face in their career journeys. She is very passionate about helping other women in tech and motivating them to go above and beyond.

 She is currently working on some exciting technology transformation programmes that convert legacy tech to faster better systems. She lives in west Melbourne with her husband and they both do endless meetings in the day talk to their teams in timezones across the globe.
