An inside look at CSL

James is a senior HR and resourcing professional with over 25 years’ experience spent working in some of the world’s largest and most recognizable brands. Truly passionate about the role of talent in driving organization performance, he has held senior roles in Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning in companies including CSL, Cognizant, Verizon, Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia), ANZ, Hewlett-Packard and Fujitsu, both in-house and in RPO vendor environments. His experience includes delivering projects across global markets including the UK, Australia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Philippines. James holds an MBA and is a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder coach.

Katelinel commenced with CSL in 2019 as part of the Graduate Program. She undertook a number of rotations within CSL’s Manufacturing site in Melbourne, and was part of the team working on the manufacturing of the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine. Her commitment to taking on new challenges has allowed her to step into a Team Lead positon within Operational Readiness. She has a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering with Honours and was a Keynote speaker at the Power of Engineering Summit. She is a recipient of the Worley Parsons Foundation award.

Aoife is a highly skilled results driven professional with comprehensive experience in operational Manufacturing, Quality and Project Management. She has successfully lead high performing teams, and strategic programs to drive continuous quality improvement in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Aoife has held a number of roles during her time at CSL including Senior Quality Assurance Associate, QA Product Release Manager and her current role.
