Meet the team
Kylie is a thought leader in the company’s focus on culture which has been globally delivered via a program called Our People Deal, a two way “deal” that sets out what Cisco offers its employees and what is expected in return. She is now leading the Global Great Place to Work Program with recent #1 wins in 2019 and 2020.
Elyse has had 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, delivery, and engagement management which has given her the skill to be a strong translator between Business & IT stakeholders. Her passion lies in communicating technological advancements in a way that is easily digestible and relevant to individuals, and how it impacts an organisation or a community.
