Meet the team
Stephanie’s journey from successful entrepreneur to Senior IT Manager is far from what you’d expect, but her diverse experience has led to wealth of knowledge that few IT professionals can claim. From web development and UX design all the way to enterprise architecture Stephanie lives by Toyota’s Principle of Grow leaders who thoroughly understand the work, live the philosophy and teach it to others. Her goal is to bring strength and unity to both teams and projects through the principle of Yokoten – The sharing of best practice and knowledge – roughly translated as “across everywhere”.
I have built my HR knowledge through labour hire while studying and found my way at Toyota Australia nearly 11 years ago! I am proud to have had delivered our number one pillar, respect for people, even during a difficult time with the manufacturing closure. I have spent most of my time being an HRBP in manufacturing, sales and marketing. However, my passion for D&I became evident when we transitioned to a sales and marketing company and moving towards a mobility company. I am currently in an HRD strategic role and have loved my time at Toyota Australia.
