Meet the team

Michael is a software engineer of over 20 years experience across a range of industries from communications and cryptography to housing. Leading teams large and small, he’s a long term agile/lean practitioner because of its focus on enabling people to deliver their best.

Head of Technology

A product strategist experienced in leading digital transformations across a broad variety of industries, including financial services, media, metal procurement and most recently diversity driven recruitment. With expertise across B2B and B2C, public and private sector, and start-up stage through to global enterprise, Jane specialises in bringing vision and alignment to the achievement of business and customer outcomes. She has worked with a range of well-known brands including the British Business Bank, Fairfax Media and Tata Steel Europe, and is now focused on her passion for gender equality.

Head of Product + Marketing

An experienced software engineer who constantly seeks innovative solutions to everyday problems, Geetha has worked in different industries like Aviation, Finance, and Mining in her 15-year career. Her commitment to critical thinking and attention to detail has gotten her to where she is today. Geetha believes that technology is a powerful tool, and she’s passionate about building applications that make a difference in people’s lives.

Returning to work after a career break, Hosanna leads the bustling events and partnerships space. She connects people by creating channels to help employers share knowledge and amplify their brand, designing events to help women find workplaces where they can thrive, and engaging organizations and communities with the same purpose for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
