Meet the team
An experienced leader in the areas of Recruitment and Sourcing and Workforce Planning with experience in managing and implementing campaigns across several different lines of business. Demonstrable track record in the development of regional and national workforce planning and creating frameworks to accommodate individual business needs and requirements. Achieved outcomes through developing meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Passionate about recruitment and her team, Michelle embraces diveristy and sets out to proactively influence change by participating and contributing to many Downer diversity initiatives. Having been part of the Downer brand for the past 6 years, she enjoys the challenges that each day brings and has been afforded the opportunity to work in several different positions across the business.
A highly experienced and passionate recruiter with over 15 years’ experience with a high achieving background working agency side recruiting white-collar professionals. Antonio made the successful transition to diverse Internal recruitment roles within the engineering (Design) and Construction sectors.
Responsible for leading a team of 10 Recruitment and Sourcing Business Partners allocated to Infrastructure Projects nationally covering blue and white collar positions and working with the IP leadership teams in regard to workforce planning, strategic sourcing, he also undertakes recruitment for senior and hard to fill positions for the IP business nationally and work with the leadership teams on strategic headhunting and market mapping as/where required. A Diversity and Inclusion champion, Antonio is also heavily involved in working in partnership with local Universities.
