Candida’s a problem-solver at heart and loves to create and deliver on people strategies that drive genuine business value. Candida has 17 years’ experience in HR project and transformational roles, specialising in technology implementations, outsourcing, organisational development, employee experiences, talent, and performance management, as well as engagement and culture.

Nic has worked at BOC for over 25 years, both in the UK and Australia, holding a multitude of positions in logistics, engineering, and sales and marketing. During this time, she has spent 7 years working in Elgas, a part of BOC. With her current role, managing the Industrial P&L, and leading a team of over 200 people, across all sales channels, production sites, distribution and supporting functions to ensure safe and reliable service to customers.

Nic has a Masters in Chemical Engineering, from Sheffield University (UK).
